I Face Unauthorized Auto Renewal Charge on Happn Subscription

On August 3, 2025, I purchased a discounted subscription package on Happn using my bank card. However, on September 3, 2025, my subscription was renewed automatically without my consent, and ₺349.99 was charged to my account. I did not want the subscription to renew, and during this period I did not even use the app.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried to delete my account and also emailed customer service, but I have not received any response. My customer number is 670df720-d799-484a-95ea-8121804627ac, and my receipt number is GPA.3324-8414-5561-219940. The transaction took place in Adana, Turkey.

This charge is unauthorized, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer support. I request that the ₺349.99 taken from my account be refunded immediately and that Happn ensures such renewals cannot happen without proper user consent.
