I Face Unauthorized Charge on Happn Premium After Account Ban
On September 11, 2025, at 07:07, I discovered that ₺299 was withdrawn from my card for a Happn Premium subscription, even though my account had already been closed and banned. Since the account is inaccessible, I cannot use the service in any way.
This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. Despite raising it before, Happn has never responded or provided a solution. I have the payment proof and bank statement clearly showing this transaction.
It is completely unacceptable for Happn to charge a banned and closed account without authorization. I demand the immediate refund of ₺299 and a permanent fix to prevent further unauthorized charges. I expect this matter to be resolved quickly and professionally.
