Happn Suspended My Account Without Warning After I Blocked Someone for an Inappropriate Message
Today, my Happn account (y*************@gmail.com), which I use in Izmir, was suspended. I did not receive any notification or email explaining the reason for the suspension. I do not have a paid subscription on my account and I have not made any payments.
Before my account was suspended, someone sent me an inappropriate message. I replied firmly and then blocked this person. After this incident, my account being suspended feels completely unfair to me. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and this is the first time it has happened.
I kindly request that my account be reactivated.
