We did not encounter any unusual activity or notifications while using the account. We received no information about the reason for the suspension, nor was any explanation provided.
We do not have any active subscriptions or payment activity. We also did not attempt to log in from another device. We request that our account be reinstated and that the reason for the suspension be clearly explained to us. We also want our inconvenience to be resolved and expect a response as soon as possible.
