Happn Banned Our Profile Overnight for No Reason
Yesterday, without any warning or explanation, our Happn account was suddenly suspended. Our username is zümrütveelçin. We did not encounter any unusual activity or notifications while using the account. We received no information about the reason for the suspension, nor was any explanation provided.
We do not have any active subscriptions or payment activity. We also did not attempt to log in from another device. We request that our account be reinstated and that the reason for the suspension be clearly explained to us. We also want our inconvenience to be resolved and expect a response as soon as possible. We are very upset and dissatisfied, and we have the necessary evidence. If our account is not restored, we will proceed with a formal complaint.
