Happn Suspended My Account for a Back-Facing Photo — Still No Resolution
In the first week of October, my Happn account was suspended because I did not upload a photo showing my face. I had a picture on my profile where I was turned with my back facing the camera, and I received an email stating that my account had been suspended for this reason. I contacted the support team to get my account reinstated, but I did not receive any solution, and my account is still suspended. Every time I try to log in, I continue to see the “suspended” warning.
My account was a free one, and the registered email address is: y*********@gmail.com**. I am requesting that my account be reactivated.
