I Can’t Reactivate My Suspended Happn Account After Temporarily Disabling It

A few months ago, I temporarily suspended my Happn account by choice—I wasn’t using the app and decided to take a break. Now, I want to return, but I can’t log back in. Every time I try to access my account, the system blocks me out, and I’m unable to reactivate it.

Let me be clear: no one reported me, and I never used offensive language or violated the platform’s rules. I didn’t get banned or restricted by Happn—I simply deactivated it myself. I only downloaded Happn recently, connected with someone, and later decided to pause the account. Now I deeply regret it, and I want to recover my profile.

I’m asking Happn’s support team to help me restore access to my suspended account. Since this wasn’t due to a violation, I believe it should be easily reversible. Please look into this and assist me promptly.
