HalalBooking Failed to Match Lower Price for Miaad Al Majd Hotel Booking

I made a reservation through HalalBooking for Miaad Al Majd Hotel in Mecca for the dates November 25 – December 6, 2025 (Reservation No: 2123852). Relying on the “Best Price Guarantee” stated on your platform, I completed my payment of approximately $493. However, I later found the same accommodation and conditions listed on another website for 3 k less, yet no refund was issued for the overpaid amount.

Following this, I contacted HalalBooking’s customer service both by phone and email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any positive response or clear explanation. Even though I was told that “you will be contacted”, no one followed up on my case.

The failure to uphold your “Best Price Guarantee” policy has seriously undermined my trust in the platform and has caused me financial loss.

I request that the difference in price be refunded to my credit card and that this situation be clarified and resolved promptly.
