Parimatch Birthday Bonus Not Credited

I am a Parimatch user on the parimatch.com platform, and I am writing because I have not received my birthday bonus. My birthday was on April 21, 2026, and I expected the bonus to be credited to my account on that date. However, even after waiting a full day, the bonus has still not been added to my account.
My registered email on Parimatch is rohan.rmp.p***@gmail.com. I previously contacted Parimatch support regarding this issue, but now the support messaging option appears to be disabled, so I am unable to follow up or receive any explanation from customer service.
I kindly request that my birthday bonus be credited to my account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the bonus was not granted on time and why I am currently unable to contact support.
