Habbo Permanently Banned My Account Without Evidence
Years ago, my Habbo account under the username “yunusfaysal,” which I used through https://www.habbo.com.tr, was permanently banned for what I believe was a completely unfair and unsupported reason. Despite having invested a great deal of time and effort into developing my account and not having violated any rules, I learned that my account had been banned for an action I did not commit. At the time, I was a responsible player who followed the rules, yet the closure of my account caused all of the time and effort I had invested to be lost.
After the ban, I repeatedly explained the situation to Habbo's support team by email. However, I received only automated responses each time, with no indication that my case had been properly investigated or that I had received a detailed response. At this point, I have been told that Habbo cannot access bans that are more than six months old and therefore cannot assist me.
As a company that values its users, I ask Habbo not to disregard the years of effort I invested in my account or the unfair treatment I experienced. I request that my account under the username “yunusfaysal” be reactivated and that a proper investigation be conducted so that the unfair ban can be removed.
