I Got Permanently Banned from My Habbo Account Without Reason

I’m writing this complaint because I’ve now experienced the same unfair treatment on two different Habbo accounts, and while the issue on my other account was finally resolved, this one (username: Seroş_) remains banned without justification.

Every time I try to log in, I get the message: "You have been banned. Your account was suspended for provocation. The ban was determined by a human moderator, not an automated system. You may appeal on help.habbo.com.tr within 6 months." I followed that exact process. But instead of investigating my case, Habbo support claimed my account was a bot. That’s simply false.

I was actively using this account myself. I had hundreds of credits on it, and now all of that is going to waste due to an unjust permanent ban. I never used any automation, scripts, or third-party tools. I was playing the game just like any other user.

I demand a proper human review of my account. If someone actually checks the account activity thoroughly, they will clearly see that it was not a bot. I’m asking Habbo to do what’s right and lift this unfair ban. Please resolve this immediately and restore access to my account and credits.
