Yalla Ludo Account Banned For Unauthorized Diamonds Error

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Yalla Ludo account on 28 January 2026. When I try to access my account, I see that it has been blocked for “sales of unauthorized diamonds and golds.” I have never been involved in any kind of selling or trading of unauthorized diamonds or golds, so I believe this ban is based on a mistake or a misunderstanding. After the ban, I contacted Yalla Ludo support and requested that my account be checked and restored. However, despite my attempts, my account has not been recovered and I still cannot log in and use it. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again, that the incorrect violation record be removed, and that my account be fully unbanned so I can continue using Yalla Ludo normally. I expect a clear explanation of this situation and a swift resolution.
