Remove Ban And Reactivate My Umingle Account

I am writing about my account on the website, which has been permanently banned without any explanation. One day I suddenly lost access to my account and was informed that it was permanently banned, but I was not given any clear reason or detail about what rule I supposedly violated. I have not been able to find any way to contact Uhmingle support directly to understand the cause of this ban or to defend myself. This situation is very upsetting because I do not know what I did wrong and I have not been given a chance to clarify anything. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated without requiring any additional payment, as I do not have any information about a justified reason for a permanent ban. I also expect to be informed clearly about what caused this situation, if there is any specific issue.
