Habbo Charged My Card Without Permission—I Demand a Refund

Today, I received a message regarding a ₺713.99 transaction on Habbo at 13:40 on February 4, 2024. However, I never made this purchase or authorized any payment. Despite this, the amount was immediately deducted from my account by Habbo.

I did not share my password with anyone, and my account security has not been compromised on my end. This charge was made without my consent, and I demand an immediate refund.

Habbo, resolve this issue now! If my money is not refunded promptly, I will file a formal complaint and take further action. Unauthorized transactions like this are unacceptable, and I expect a swift resolution!
