Hilltown H&M Store, Rudeness Of The Employee

Hello, I had a terrible experience at your Hilltown branch when I purchased a pair of shorts for my spouse just before the holiday. During our vacation, the shorts were worn only once. After the first use, noticeable bleach-like stains appeared both on the front and back of the shorts. I returned to the branch without washing or treating the shorts in any way. After explaining the situation to the cashier, your employee, who identified themselves as s---, intervened. They immediately claimed that the stains were food stains. When I pointed out that the same stains were present on the back, they angrily snatched the shorts from us and threw them towards the cashier, saying, "Here, take it!" Their disrespectful attitude and refusal to acknowledge the quality issue with the product, along with blaming the customer and displaying such rude behavior when the customer raised a concern, are unacceptable. I would like this employee to be reprimanded for their approach towards customers, and I request to be informed about the outcome of this complaint. Umud Devrim Öge
