I bought a rug from H&M, but it shed excessively, so I sent it back twice. Both times, they returned it to me, claiming it was a used product. However, I was told the product has a one-year warranty. I’m shocked that a brand as big as H&M isn’t standing behind its product, and this has completely shaken my trust in them. I used to shop there frequently, but after this experience, I will never shop at H&M again and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
