I purchased dark-colored polar fleeces from H&M for my child, and after washing them, they stained both my child’s skin and undershirt. Despite H&M claiming they stand behind their products, I received an unexpected response. They asked me to send the items for inspection, only to be told that since the items were washed, they couldn’t accept the return, even though I had mentioned that the clothes bled color after washing. They sent the items back to me, refusing to resolve the issue. After this experience, I won’t be visiting your store anytime soon.
