H&M Overcharged My Credit Card and Won't Refund It
In two separate purchases I made on the H&M online site, the transactions were processed multiple times due to an error—one was charged 4 times and the other 3 times. When I called H&M customer service, they said they would help. However, it has been 14 days and I still haven’t received a refund. Despite calling three times and being assured each time that the issue would be resolved, nothing has changed. My money still hasn’t been returned. Are we not supposed to be able to shop safely on the website of a globally recognized brand? My credit card billing date has arrived, and now I’ll have to cover this error out of my own pocket.
