I bought a new bag from the Viaport Guess store about a month ago, and after using it only a few times, it started to peel on both sides. The peeling is happening because the leather coating is overlapping the stitches, which is caused by the way the stitching is done. The bag has only been used three or four times, and now the leather is already peeling off. When I went to the Terracity store with the product and its invoice, they told me that they couldn't process the exchange because Viaport Mall is an outlet. Viaport has two Guess stores, one outlet, and one regular store. How can a new product with a seasonal label be considered an outlet item? Even though there is a problem with the product I bought, which should be covered by the warranty, I haven't been able to get it fixed. I'm curious if your products are meant to be used only three times before they wear out.
