Gucci Shoes Return Issue

I purchased a pair of shoes from Gucci a couple of days ago, but later opted to return them. I was told by the Gucci store at IstinyePark that they do not provide refunds or accept returns. I was abandoned in a challenging predicament and then forced to return. I bought these shoes for ₺20,000 just two days ago and they refused to give me a refund. It's been 15 days and there's still no sign of a return. The employees are developing their own processes.
