Gucci Guilty Fragrances Don't Last Very Long

I purchased a Gucci Guilty perfume 2.5 months ago and noticed after two or three sprays that its longevity and scent projection were much weaker compared to previous bottles I've used.
To address this issue, I contacted customer service, who advised me to send the perfume for testing. I then returned the perfume to the store where I bought it for them to send it for testing.
After a process lasting 1 month and 5 days, I called customer service on May 13, 2024. They informed me that the perfume had failed the test, was sent back to the store, and was waiting for me there. I find this level of casualness quite strange. I received no notification - no SMS, no phone call, nothing - about the perfume being back at the store after testing. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known that the perfume had returned from testing and was at the store.
