On May 3, 2024, I purchased Gucci Flora Garden perfume from the Sevil store at Carousel Bakırköy. The fragrance has no scent; it smells like cologne. The intense floral scent that filled the air when tested in-store is not what I received. I will return the product tomorrow. Is this your service quality? Selling fake fragrance? What kind of poor quality is this? This scent is not worth 5000 TL, not even 100 TL. I bought two perfumes, totaling 9000 TL. I will check the other one at work. This situation is truly disappointing. I have lost trust and will never recommend this brand to anyone. I demand a refund of my money and prompt resolution of this injustice.
