Poor Grundig Smart Robot Vacuum from Hepsiburada
I purchased a Grundig smart robot vacuum from Hepsiburada five years ago, and for the last four times, it has had the same problem. Even though I've asked for a replacement, they keep swapping out the mainboard and sending it back. I've had it up to here! I haven't been able to use it properly much since I bought it, and the warranty is almost up. It's practically turned into garbage. It's such a waste, and honestly, it feels like a betrayal. I'm about to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I'm really frustrated with this situation, and I had higher expectations after spending money on a product like this.
