Xiaomi X20 Plus Robot Vacuum Constant Malfunctions And No Repair Update

After using my Xiaomi X20 Plus robot vacuum for about five months without any issues, I started experiencing serious problems such as excessively loud noise, failure to clean properly, and the brush constantly falling off. Because of these issues, I sent the product to service a total of three times. Each time, I was told things like “this part was replaced” or “that repair was made,” yet the device was returned with the same faults and no improvement at all. Since the problems persisted, I called Xiaomi customer service almost every day and contacted them countless times, but no authorized representative ever got back to me or offered a clear solution. Moreover, my product has been in service for over 20 business days and still hasn’t been returned. The service team keeps saying “the inspection is ongoing,” and even though I was told 10 days ago that it would be shipped, there’s still no update. I purchased the product through Hepsiburada, and it is still under warranty. I have been left completely dissatisfied and without a solution throughout this process. I am following up through record number 4318361373, and I now demand either a replacement or a full refund. I expect a definite and lasting solution from both Xiaomi and Hepsiburada. Due to the indifference and inconvenience I’ve faced during this process, I will no longer consider purchasing anything from either company again.
