Xiaomi Dream V11 Vacuum Cleaner Malfunctioned, Repair Isn't Finalized
I bought this Xiaomi Dream V11 vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada and it just crapped out on me right away. We sent it to the GENPA tech guys to get it fixed. So, we hit them up after 3 weeks and they were like, "Sorry, we can't fix it. Gotta send it to someone higher up." So, I was like, "Can I get my money back?" which was the most reasonable thing to do, if it's not fixable right? went to the consumer arbitration committee and they totally had my back. So, they decided to swap out their product for a new one, but again they asked for more. They were like, "I'll hit up the other party and get the deets on the price for you." Wow, this company doesn't seem to care at all. it's been 5 months since I sent the product to the tech service and nobody seems to give a darn. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Xiaomi. Is there anyone that you can do something to fix our situation?
