There is a charge, it doesn't get stuck anywhere, but it turns off. If you press the power button on the side, it works again, but not even for 5 minutes. I have sent it to the service center three times already, and despite waiting for days on end, they tell me it is fixed, but they do nothing and send it back. The result is always the same - the malfunction continues. You sell the product, support it. I will continue to assert my rights. Your service does nothing...
