Arcelik RS-3121 Gyro-Coded Robot Vacuum Replacement Problem
I brought my RS-3121 Gyro-Coded Robot Vacuum, which is still covered by warranty, to the service center because it was not functioning properly. Even though the warranty period hadn't ended, they insisted on replacing the product with a new one and asked for a substantial payment of ₺2300. Following the appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board, a decision was made in favor of a replacement without any fees. Arçelik confirmed the decision on December 19, but there has been no communication regarding the arrival of my new product since then. After enduring over three months of inconvenience, I am still left in the dark regarding the arrival of my replacement. I hope my ongoing issue can be resolved soon.
