My Growtopia Account Was Hacked and Then Banned for 730 Days

I have been playing Growtopia on Android for a long time, and the account named “f***7,” which I have spent approximately two years building and working on, was hacked last night. I logged into my account normally yesterday evening, but when I tried to access the game again this morning, I discovered that my account had been banned for 730 days.

I have never used cheats, violated the rules, or engaged in any behavior that goes against the game’s policies. However, I believe I was unfairly punished after my account was hacked. The ban screen shows a duration of 730 days, and because of this penalty, I can no longer access the account I have spent years building.

I request that the Growtopia support team conduct a detailed investigation of my account “f***7” and take the account compromise into consideration when reviewing the 730-day ban. I have enjoyed playing the game for two years, and I sincerely ask that my account be investigated and, if possible, restored so that the time and effort I have invested are not lost.
