Free Fire Max Must Review My Free Fire MAX Account Ban

I am a Free Fire MAX player on Android, and my account with UID 7071964116 was banned approximately 3–4 months ago. To this day, I still do not clearly know why my account was banned. I have never used any cheats and have always played fairly because I invested a great deal of time and effort into building this account.

Before the ban, I allowed a friend to log in and play on my account, and I do not know what actions he may have taken while using it. Since then, I have contacted Garena / Free Fire customer support many times, but each time I receive the same response—that my account was hacked—without any clear explanation of what exactly happened or which rule was violated.

I feel extremely confused and helpless, as I am being punished for something I do not fully understand and did not intentionally do. Through this complaint, I respectfully request that my account with UID 7071964116 be unbanned. I promise that from now on I will never share my account with anyone and will continue to play fairly and without cheats. I sincerely hope my situation can be reconsidered and that my account can be restored, as I invested significant time and effort into it.
