I rented a Fiat Egea from Green Motion, a subsidiary of Metal Oto in Ortaca, Muğla, on 4/3/2024, for three days. When I brought back the car on June 3rd, 2024, they noticed some damage on the lower middle section of the right fender, with a scratch that was around 5-7 cm long. But I want to make it clear that I didn't hit or scrape anything. They sent me an electronic bill for ₺4,800 on 8/3/2024 for this small scratch, requesting payment within five days. I think they're trying to make extra money from their customers by pretending to be professional when they should only be charging ₺1,000-1,500 for that kind of scratch. I'm filing a complaint against this company and leaving the assessment of the damage in the attached picture up to you.

Dear company officials, As far as I can see on the internet, you have victimized many people like me and gained unjust profits. From the past complaints I have seen, you provide the same standard responses that are far from solutions, resulting in no outcomes. From the standard response you have given me, which is also far from a solution, I understand that this is your way of working. Instead of renting cars to customers, your working principle has become chasing extra unjust profits. For a 5 cm scratch on the right side skirt of a Fiat Egea car, while the prices given at three different places in Istanbul range between 1000-1500TL, what is the price of 4800TL that you are asking for? I advise people considering renting a car from Green Motion to check the complaint history on the internet and not to forget that they may have to pay extra fees that are 3-5 times more than the car rental fee.
