Unsatisfactory Experience with Gratis



I've had a truly terrible experience with Gratis, which I can confidently say is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. I placed an order on March 1, 2024, through the Gratis website, but unfortunately, the items didn't arrive until March 18. As a result, I asked for the cancellation and a refund. Gratis replied, assuring that the refund would be processed upon receipt of the products at the warehouse. Unfortunately, even though it's already March 26th, the AGT courier company has yet to return the products. Now I wonder, how much longer until the products that haven't been delivered to me for 18 days are returned to the warehouse? Throughout this process, I have submitted several complaint tickets. It's frustrating that the products haven't arrived at the warehouse, especially considering they never made it to me. The cancellation and refund requests were submitted while the items were still in transit with the courier. I kindly request a prompt refund of my money. Otherwise, I'll be left with no option but to seek assistance from the Consumer Arbitration Board!

They keep sending the same template email over and over again. Supposedly, they told the shipping company to expedite it. It's been 1 month, 1 month. Expecting a solution from them is just a waste of time. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee through the e-Government portal. I recommend everyone to do the same.
