I Was Charged 13 Times by Gratis Despite Payment Failure Notice
On 03.08.2025, I attempted to make a purchase from the Gratis online store, but each time I received a “payment failed” error message. However, when I checked my bank account activity, I saw that a total of 13 transactions had been processed—once from my debit card and 12 times from my credit card. Despite these charges, there is no record of any order in my Gratis account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that all transactions were approved and that the charges were collected by Gratis. They also stated that the refund process must be initiated by the company. This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Charging me without delivering any products is unacceptable. I urgently request that the issue be investigated and that the necessary steps be taken to refund the amounts charged. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and file complaints across all relevant platforms. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
