Gratis Delayed My Order Despite Products Being in Stock and No Solution Provided
I placed an order from Gratis on December 30, 2024, and initially, my order was kept waiting for 5 days. After filing a complaint, it moved to the preparation stage, but it is still stuck at stage 2. My order was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday this week at the latest, yet it has not even been shipped. Despite contacting customer service twice, no solution was provided. All the products I purchased were in stock, and I double-checked to confirm this. It is extremely disappointing to be kept waiting this long. I do not want to contact customer service again; I simply want my order delivered by Wednesday at the latest. My order number is PH23860914.
I received a message saying it was shipped 3 hours ago, I guess it will arrive today or tomorrow. I will complain again depending on the condition of my cargo, and will update it if it reaches me quickly and without any problems.
Finally, I received my cargo and there is no problem with the products. The whole process took 9 days...
