Gratis Delayed My First Order for Days With No Update

I just made my first order with Gratis and was looking forward to getting my package in 3 days. But the package hasn’t moved at all for 3 days, so I decided to look at some complaint forums. I'm surprised to see that a lot of people are dealing with the same problem. It's puzzling why a service is available when it can't be delivered as expected. It's annoying that there's no one keeping an eye on things or fixing these delays. I'd appreciate it if you could take the needed steps to sort this out and make sure my package gets delivered on time. This experience has made me think twice about shopping with Gratis again.
