Gratis Hasn’t Refunded Me Even 10 Days After I Returned the Product

I returned a product I purchased from Gratis, and although I followed the return process correctly and submitted all required receipts (attached), I still haven’t received my refund.

According to their policy, the payment should have been refunded within 3 business days, but it’s now been over 10 days, and I haven’t seen a single update. I even visited the Mersin Marina branch and spoke with the store manager three separate times, but I received no real help.

I also emailed customer support, and all I got in return was a vague “we’re waiting” response. This is extremely frustrating. I returned the product, provided documentation, and waited patiently—Gratis needs to complete the refund immediately and stop making customers chase their own money.
