Gratis Hasn’t Shipped My Order After 5 Days and Won’t Process a Quick Refund

I ordered something from Gratis, and it’s been 5 days with no news on the shipment. I asked about returning the product, and they told me I’d have to wait up to a month for a refund, which feels pretty unreasonable given the delay on their part. I’ve tried contacting them several times, but no one has been able to help or provide a way to speed things up. I’ve been waiting for my order, and it seems like no one is paying attention to my concerns. Could you please ship my product as soon as you can? Thanks!
