Gratis Online Orders Delayed With No Updates
On November 5, on Gratis's website, I placed two orders numbered pr25993153 and pr26180356 with a credit card. All products seemed to be in stock and I completed my shopping to pick it up from Avcılar Marmara Street branch. However, although 9 days have passed, there has been no progress in my orders; there is neither a change in the preparation phase nor an update has been made on the delivery. This is the first time I've had such a problem and I've been victimized by being kept waiting for so long. I request that my orders be prepared urgently and delivered to the store. This delay damages my trust in the brand and makes me hesitate to shop again. I request that my problem be solved quickly.
