Gratis Did Not Send Tester Products With My Online Order After Long Delay


On August 23, 2025, I placed an order (PR23942305) through Gratis’s online store, which was delivered on September 4, 2025, after a very long wait. The order totaled ₺951 and was delivered to my address. Upon receiving my package, I noticed that while everyone around me received tester products with their orders, neither my order nor my friend’s order contained any testers. Despite making a relatively high-value purchase, there were no tester items included in my package. I even called customer service twice regarding the long delivery time, and if I had known it would take this long, I would have sought help directly through Xolvie. When I contacted customer service about the missing testers, they could not provide a clear answer and said they did not know what testers would be included. At this point, I no longer have much expectation of receiving testers, but if I do receive a positive response, I would be pleased and would continue shopping both online and in-store. I kindly request that this issue be taken into consideration to prevent similar grievances in the future.
