Gratis Store Pickup Skincare Makeup Order Still Not Delivered

On October 22, 2025, I placed an order for a skincare makeup product from Gratis with the “store pickup” option (Order No: pr25352019), but it has still not arrived at the store. My order has been showing as “in transit” for two days and has not yet been delivered to the branch. I have not contacted customer service during this time. I request that my order be delivered to the store as soon as possible and that I be informed about the reason for the delay.
