Gratis Employee Accused Me Of Cutting Line And Yelled During Campaign Chaos

On November 5, 2025, I went to Gratis to shop during a campaign. The store was crowded, and I took two bags of products. I asked loudly, “Where is the line?” and waited behind the last person in what I thought was the correct queue. After nearly half an hour, when I reached the front, they told me I was standing in the wrong line. At that moment, an employee named B**** D***** accused me of cutting in line, shouted loudly, and even encouraged other customers to react against me. When I asked her to check the cameras, she repeated her accusations, further provoking the crowd. Because of this, other customers started yelling at me. I was shocked by such unprofessional behavior from a staff member at a company like Gratis. If the store cannot manage large campaigns properly, why run them at all?
