Gratis Delayed My Order for a Month and Refused to Process a Return Request

I want to express how fed up I am with Gratis. Hiding behind the excuse of "campaign intensity," they take a month to deliver products. When I call customer service, they claim they cannot process a return request, saying the product is still in preparation, and they cannot tell whether it has left the warehouse or is on the way. This bizarre approach to service has made me swear off ever choosing store pick-up for products again! On top of that, when I called, they informed me—thanks to their brilliant company policies—that I could only request a return after the product arrived at the store. It's truly commendable to handle complaints about undelivered products by offering a solution only after they reach the store. I will never shop here again, and you can be sure I will share this absurd policy with everyone I know to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.
Progress
I wanted to return one of the two products I ordered on November 8th and could barely receive days later, but the friend at the counter said that a return could be made with the invoice sent by email. I opened the email and showed the invoice, which I will also attach in the image. This time, they said there was a system error and they couldn't process the return. As of 18:46, I will cancel my membership and inform those around me about this disgrace, asking them to take necessary actions.
