Gratis Misled Me with Prices and the Consultant Treated Me Disrespectfully
I entered a Gratis store on December 1, 2024, around 1:50 PM. While looking for a comb, I noticed that a lilac-colored comb from the Eklips brand was priced lower than the others, so I decided to purchase it. I was then informed that the discount applied only to purchases of ₺250 or more, so I added additional items. At the checkout, the prices didn’t reflect the discount, and I was told they would restart the system if I had time, so I waited. Later, they explained that there was an issue with the label and that the actual price was twice as high as the others. Although I knew the store should honor the price displayed on the label, I chose not to make a fuss. As I was leaving, I noticed skincare products from The Purest brand and asked a sales consultant for advice on how to use them. However, her attitude was dismissive and mocking while explaining the products and answering my questions. She seemed to struggle to hold back laughter in my face, which was completely uncalled for.
