Gratis Staff Treated Me Rudely and Threw Me Out of the Store
On September 5, 2025, at the Gratis store in Düzce Krempark Mall, I was treated rudely and mockingly by the cashier. Whe...n I reported this incident to the store manager, I was told to “be patient” and then thrown out of the store. I have occasionally faced similar negative behavior at this store, and
