Gratis Bee Beauty Exfoliating Foot Mask Burned My Foot

I visited the Gratis store, and upon asking one of the employees for a recommendation to deal with rough feet, I bought the Gratis Bee Beauty exfoliating foot mask peeling effective foot mask. About a week later, I had a trip out of town and, for the sake of feeling good before the trip, I wanted to use the product at home before going. After using the product according to the instructions and removing it, I noticed that thick layers of skin were peeling off my feet. Since I had never used it before, I thought it was normal. However, in the following hours, I observed significant burning and itching on my feet, and it started to swell. As the situation worsened, I immediately called customer service and explained the situation, expressing my desire to contact a dermatologist due to the seriousness of the situation. However, customer service said they didn't have a dermatologist and couldn't do anything, then ended the call. The situation only got worse, as I had difficulty even putting on shoes, and my foot hurt when it touched the bed while sleeping. I considered going to the hospital, but I couldn't even wear shoes. As a healthcare professional, I used medical methods at home to alleviate the situation, and after 4 days, my foot started to look better. I tried contacting customer service again, hoping they could at least offer some advice. They suggested returning the product to the store for a refund. However, I had to go on my trip wearing flip-flops, which was very challenging. Even with flip-flops, I had difficulties. My wounds began to scab, and the itching became severe. Despite the customer service representative promising a follow-up, I never received any response. This whole situation was very frustrating. Although I didn't care about returning the product and getting a refund at that point, I wanted to file a complaint. I mentioned that I was disappointed even though I have been a regular customer of Gratis. I hope this message is taken into consideration, and that I receive a positive response. If not, I just wanted to note that Gratis has left a negative impression on me.
