Severe Reaction to Bepanthol Cream for Very Dry and Atopic Skin

I purchased the 400ml Bepanthol cream for very dry and atopic skin. I applied it before bed and woke up to a horrifying sight. My face was bright red, my eyes and lips were swollen, and I had water blisters on my forehead. This caused me pain and the cream did not work as intended.

I regret not checking the reviews before being misled by advertisements. For a pharmacy-approved cream to have so many complaints, something must be wrong. I spent ₺599.50, and my money was wasted in just one day. I request that this issue be resolved and my loss compensated.
