I Transferred ₺500 to GrandPashaBet with Akbank Card but Didn’t Receive the Balance

On August 1, 2025, between 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM, I transferred ₺500 to my GrandPashaBet account (ID: 118629*) using my Akbank credit card. However, the amount never appeared in my betting account balance. I immediately reached out to their support team, and they asked me to provide a transaction receipt. But as this was a credit card transaction, I wasn't able to download a traditional bank slip.
Still, I shared the provision number from Akbank (2508010200606846) as proof of the payment. Despite this, they offered no resolution or confirmation, and I’m still left without the funds reflected in my account.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem with GrandPashaBet, and I feel completely unsupported and financially exposed. I request that the missing ₺500 be credited to my GrandPashaBet account immediately. This matter needs to be resolved without further delay.
