Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Axis Bank Payment (₹1,450 Missing)

I made a deposit of ₹1,450 to my Parimatch account via Axis Bank, and the amount was deducted from my bank account but has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. It has now been four days since the transaction. While Axis Bank shows the transaction as successful, Parimatch is showing it as failed, and the money appears to be stuck in between. I contacted Axis Bank regarding this issue, and they confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed on their end. Therefore, the issue seems to be with Parimatch, as the amount is neither reflected in my Parimatch balance nor returned to my bank account. I request that Parimatch urgently review this failed deposit and refund the ₹1,450 to my Axis Bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this error occurred so that it does not happen again.
