Parimatch Not Crediting Deposits and No Support Response
I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my Parimatch account yesterday at around 4:00 PM. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my payment method, it was not credited to my Parimatch balance.
Today at around 3:00 PM, I attempted another deposit of ₹1,950, and the same issue occurred again—the money was deducted, but it did not appear in my account balance. Both transactions are marked as successful on my end, and I have transaction IDs, payment references, and screenshots as proof.
Despite providing this information, my Parimatch balance has still not been updated, and I have not received any response from customer support regarding these missing funds.
I request that Parimatch urgently review these two transactions, locate the payments linked to my transaction and reference numbers, and either credit the full amounts of ₹2,000 and ₹1,950 to my Parimatch account or refund them to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why these payments failed to reflect in my account.
