I Face Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment
I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with my Parimatch account in India related to UPI deposits made via Paytm. On April 19, 2026, I deposited a total of ₹3,500 into my Parimatch account in two separate transactions—first ₹2,500 and then ₹1,000—using the UPI method through Paytm. The money was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account, and I have not received any refund either.
I have the UPI transaction reference details for both payments, which clearly confirm that the transactions were completed successfully on Paytm’s side. I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach them and therefore could not receive any explanation or assistance.
I request that these two UPI deposits totaling ₹3,500 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately and accurately. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the same amount to be returned to my original Paytm account without any further delay.
