PhonePe Transaction Successful but Parimatch Funds Missing
On 17-02-2026, I made a deposit of 2500 via PhonePe to my PariMatch account, but the money was deducted from my bank account and has still not been credited to my game ID. The payment was made from the PhonePe account linked to the number 9014231789, and the amount was successfully debited on my side. I raised a support ticket with PariMatch regarding this issue 4 days ago, but until now, I have not received any response or update at all. My balance has not been updated, and I have been left without any information about where my money is or when it will be credited. I request that the 2500 amount be immediately credited to my game ID and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction and the reason for the delay in processing it.
