Transaction Failed By Parimatch And Not Refunded Yet

I made a UPI payment of ₹299 through Google Pay from my Axis Bank account on 22 February for a transaction on the Parimatch website. On Google Pay, the transaction shows as successful, and Axis Bank has confirmed that the money has been deducted from my account. However, Parimatch has marked the payment as failed, and the amount has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account. I tried to reach Parimatch support by email, but their support email is not accepting mail, so I have not been able to get any assistance or clarification from them. Google Pay and Axis Bank both show the transaction as completed from their side and have stated that the money has already been debited. I request that the ₹299 be refunded to my Axis Bank account as soon as possible, or that clear information be provided about the status of this transaction so that the issue can be resolved promptly.
